Welcome to JARLS! The terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to JARLS. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of our services and the sale of our products on our online store.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, payment issue, pricing error).

You are responsible for checking your order before submitting it.

Returns and exchanges are possible only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

The prices displayed include VAT, excluding shipping costs and any additional fees.

You guarantee that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Delivery

The timeframes indicated are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control cannot engage our liability.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer as soon as the parcel is taken in charge by the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, except for personalized or perishable products. Returns must follow our procedure as indicated in the Refund Policy.

7. Warranty and liability

Our products are sold “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that the use of the store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages, financial loss, or loss of data, except where mandatory legal obligations apply.

8. Intellectual property

All content of the store (images, texts, logos, videos) is the property of JARLS or its partners. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Mediation

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to try to resolve your dispute amicably.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the process of mediation of consumer disputes”, after having contacted us and if you have not received a satisfactory response, you have the possibility to use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:

11. Force majeure

JARLS is not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond its control (strikes, natural disasters, computer failure, etc.).

12. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of JARLS’ registered office.

13. Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to orders placed after their publication.
