Shipping Policy

JARLS is committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible and to providing you with all the information you need to track your parcel until delivery.

All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high activity.

JARLS offers delivery in France and internationally, to all countries, except in special circumstances. You may contact our customer service for more information.

We offer the following options:

• In France - Mondial Relay: delivery to a pickup point within 3 to 6 business days, tracking included.
• Internationally: We offer shipping to any personal postal address, with the parcel delivered against signature. Delivery to a pickup point is also offered on our online Store. Delivery of your parcel is carried out by Colissimo.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to the carrier and the destination.

Product prices are shown in Euros, all taxes included and excluding customs duties. JARLS cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

We will do our best to resolve any situation as quickly as possible.

JARLS currently delivers in mainland France and in the EU. International deliveries may be added in the future. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
